Liverpool City Council is recruiting a Complex Lives Early Intervention and Advice Officer within its Housing Solutions Service. You will provide proactive housing advice and casework to people approaching release from prison who are homeless or at risk, working with partners to prevent homelessness and support transition back into the community.

You will collaborate with prisons, probation and resettlement services to identify housing needs early and explore short-term prison release pathways,
