Job summary

Bassetlaw District Council is seeking a Housing Services Manager – Repairs & Empty Homes to lead the Repairs and Empty Homes service in Carlton. You will shape strategy, drive improvements and ensure homes are safe, compliant and back in use quickly.

This senior leadership role requires a proven track record in operational housing management, budgets and contract performance, with a customer-focused, data-driven approach to transformation.
