Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to improving services for tenants and will be motivated by the opportunity to influence real and lasting change.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of one of the Council's most important improvement programmes. You'll have the chance to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to the development of a new operating model, and play a key role in shaping the future of Housing Repairs & Maintenance. Your work will have a direct impact on service performance, customer experience and the delivery of improvements that matter to tenants.
If you are looking for a role where you can influence change, support senior leaders and help deliver lasting service improvements, we'd love to hear from you.
