Job summary

Platform Housing Group is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for residents, handling enquiries and aiming for first-time resolution. Roles include training in Birmingham, with a shift pattern of 8:00am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday, and after training, working from home with occasional office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• As the first point of contact for residents, resolve queries professionally.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Use empathy and people skills to diffuse difficult conversations.
• IT literate and proficient with Microsoft packages and multiple systems during calls.
• Willingness to travel to the Birmingham Business Park office for training and occasional days.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, answering enquiries and resolving at first point of contact where possible.
• Work to set KPIs and contribute to service excellence across the organisation.
• Attend training and then work from home with occasional in-office days.
