Job summary

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is recruiting for a temporary role focused on the administration of service charges across a diverse housing portfolio. The successful candidate will resolve enquiries, investigate discrepancies and ensure adjustments are correctly processed in ERP/CRM systems.

The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, and excellent data accuracy to support service charge estimates and actuals with a high level of customer

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of service charges within the social housing sector.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer service charges across a diverse housing portfolio.
• Respond to service charge enquiries and resolve disputes.
• Make adjustments within ERP systems as required.
• Assist in preparing service charge estimates and actuals.
• Support complaint resolution and liaise with local authorities.
• Participate in service improvement projects.
• Maintain effective communication via shared service charge mailboxes and customer correspondence.
