Job summary

Bloor Homes in the Midlands region, based in Lichfield, is seeking a Sales Progressor to manage sales databases and progress chasing on all plots, helping ensure monthly targets are met for the regional office.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is required.
• Experience in legal conveyancing is essential.
• Background in new homes sales or estate agency preferred.
• Outstanding people and customer service skills.
• Understanding of the sale progression from reservation to exchange and completion.

Responsibilities

• Progress chasing on all plots to meet monthly targets for the regional office.
• Live progress reports kept up to date.
• Providing administrator support and customer support.
• Maintaining relationships with solicitors, estate agents, financial advisers and other external parties; liaising with internal teams.
• Ensuring KPIs are met and improved with tracking from reservation to completion.
• Attending weekly Managers & Directors meetings to provide updates on plots.
• Assisting Live Sites with database management as required.
• Managing customer database for coming soon developments as needed.
• Attending meetings with IFA, solicitors and site set up meetings as necessary.
• Responding to customer enquiries about timing, site and plot level details.
• Updating PX Report and managing re-sale properties; checking Home Buyer Reports as needed.
• Updating Sales Director and Sales Manager daily with concerns or issues.
• Setting up the legal framework for new developments and liaising with management companies.
• Fulfil other roles within the Sales Department; sales administration as required.
• Answering general sales calls into the regional office.
• Possibly attending events and launches at weekends.
• Complying with company policies and procedures and undertaking additional tasks as required.
• Ensuring all health and safety aspects of Covid-19 compliance.
