Job summary

Celtic Horizons is seeking a Planner in Caerphilly to coordinate repairs, maintenance and planned improvements across 6,800 homes in South Wales. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Planning team and requires strong IT skills and a customer-focused approach.

You will schedule operatives and subcontractors, monitor daily progress, keep residents informed and maintain accurate records for audits, while contributing to service improvements and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at least level 4.
• Experience coordinating repairs and planned works.
• Good IT knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule operatives and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of repairs.
• Monitor and update repair jobs daily, including appointments and follow-ons.
• Communicate clearly with residents, operatives and stakeholders.
