Zusammenfassung

Seetec is seeking Accommodation Support Officers to help participants with housing needs. You will manage a caseload of adult males, conduct initial assessments in collaboration with probation colleagues, and create tailored accommodation plans through agreed interventions.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, and on‑site training with ongoing support to help you grow in the role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating accommodation plans and assessing participant needs.
• Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with adults in custody or the community.
• Willingness to work with diverse backgrounds and partners including probation.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of participants and develop personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes accurately using the case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants and identify emerging risks.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
