Job summary

Seetec's Communities division is seeking Accommodation Support Officers to help participants with housing needs. You will manage a caseload, conduct initial assessments, and tailor accommodation plans in collaboration with probation practitioners.

We welcome diverse backgrounds and provide on-site training and ongoing support. You will help participants navigate housing challenges, keep them informed of decisions, and support rights awareness.

Qualifications

• Highly effective interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with participants and external stakeholders.
