Job summary

Ocean Housing Ltd in St Austell offers a full-time, on-site Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship. You will gain practical experience across Neighbourhood Services, Customer Experience and Property Services while working toward a Level 3 qualification in Housing & Property Management.

You will support tenancy management, rent and service charge processes, appointments, and property administration. No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Key Skills in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.
• Knowledge of health and safety and duty of care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Clear, confident communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support voids and lettings processes from tenancy terminations to agreements.
• Assist with tenancy, lease or licence enforcement activities.
• Support Customer Experience Advisors with responsive service and repairs logging.
• Assist with property services administration: raising purchase orders and repairs, telephone communications.
