An opportunity has arisen to join our Damp Mould and Disrepair Team, within the Housing Operations Section.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of the Open Housing System and the many functions contained within.

Experience in monitoring and reporting compliance issues and have an awareness of Housing Legislation in particular the requirements of Awaab’s Law.

Pay and hours

Salary: £33,119 - £35,570 per annum
