• Lead the Housing Performance and Insight Service and set the strategic direction.
• Develop and embed the Housing Performance and Data Framework.
• Ensure timely, accurate performance reporting and statutory returns.
• Provide high-quality intelligence to support decision-making and improvement.
• Oversee tenant engagement and ensure resident feedback informs planning and priorities.
• Support Housing's regulatory compliance and assurance arrangements.
