Job summary

City of Wolverhampton Council invites applications for a Performance and Improvement Officer in the City Housing Team. The role supports ALMO and TMOs, ensures compliance with housing standards, and coordinates reports, risk registers and inspections.

You will lead Tenant Satisfaction measurements, oversee Fire and Building Safety reporting, and help drive improvements while maintaining clear, accessible communication with senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housing Managing Agents, ALMO and TMOs to deliver housing services.
• Ensure compliance with Regulator of Social Housing Consumer Standards and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate reports, data, action plans, risk registers and other documentation as required.
• Lead and coordinate Tenant Satisfaction Measure surveys and annual publication.
• Oversee coordination and reporting on Fire and Building Safety regulations.
• Contribute to improving performance frameworks and identifying areas for service improvement.
• Foster tenant engagement and inclusive communication across audiences.
