Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with performance management and reporting.
• Familiarity with Regulator of Social Housing Consumer Standards.
• Ability to liaise with senior leaders, partners and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Housing Managing Agents, ALMO and TMOs to ensure service delivery.
• Coordinate reports, data, action plans, risk registers and documentation.
• Lead Tenant Satisfaction Measure surveys and publish annual submissions.
• Oversee compliance with Fire and Building Safety regulations.
• Develop performance management frameworks and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote tenant engagement and influence across teams.
