Job summary

Worcester City Council’s Housing Service is creating two new ServiceSupport Officer positions to deliver vital operational, technical and business support across both the Housing & Homelessness Team and Private Sector Housing Team.

As a ServiceSupport Officer, you will use your organisational and analytical skills, supporting performance monitoring, FOI requests, finances, systems administration, recruitment support, procurement and responding to service contacts to help deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Are confident IT users and able to act as Systems Champions.
• Have experience analysing and presenting complex data.

Responsibilities

• Support service performance monitoring and reporting.
• Respond to Freedom of Information requests.
• Assist with finance management and procurement activities.
• Provide systems administration support.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Respond to service contacts and inquiries and coordinate with teams.
• Contribute to the continued development of the Housing Service.
