The Council as a landlord must demonstrate its compliance with the regulatory framework for social housing and performance within the service. This role focuses on an evidence-based approach to that regulatory assurance along with data validation, performance analysis, with good practice research and application.
You will be required to apply high levels of focus and adaptability when carrying out this role, to support the delivery of robust regulatory assurance at a technical level. Able to show an appreciation of the contribution local government can make to the welfare of the people living, working, and visiting the district, particularly importance to tenants being informed and valued.
