BCP Council's Housing and Protection team seeks a Housing Options Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Bournemouth. The role blends office, community and home working with hybrid and flexible options, face-to-face customer contact, and a clear pay band progression.

You will advise residents with housing difficulties, including homelessness, manage a caseload, and work with partners to find lasting solutions, with Right to work in the UK required and fluent English essential.

Housing Options Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract in BCP Council's Housing and Protection department, giving advice to residents with housing difficulties.
