Oadby & Wigston Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Housing Options Officer to work with households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to retain or secure accommodation. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience with interviews, investigations and negotiations.
You will join the Housing Options Team at Brocks Hill, Oadby. The position is temporary full-time with agile/hybrid working; a DBS check is required.
The Housing Options Officer role will undertake responsibilities including working with households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to retain their accommodation or secure alternative accommodation.
