Job summary

Worcester City Council is seeking a Homelessness Project Officer to shape and deliver services that make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring across Worcester. You will lead on projects with partnership work and data-driven insights to prevent homelessness and improve outcomes for residents.

You will collaborate with statutory and voluntary sectors, develop new services, secure funding where possible, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Has experience supporting or leading projects and delivering service improvements.
• Experience of partnership working across organisations.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities
