Job summary

Komplex Group is seeking a Housing Officer based in Telford to oversee a portfolio of properties and tenancies, ensuring residents receive a high standard of service. The role covers tenancy management, rent collection, neighbourhood support, and compliance with policies and legal requirements.

You will work with internal teams and external agencies to support vulnerable tenants and maintain accurate records using housing management systems. A full UK driving licence is essential where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management, tenancy support, or community development.
• Strong understanding of housing law, tenancy agreements, and rent arrears procedures.

Responsibilities

• Tenancy Management: letting/termination, sign-ups, home visits and inspections.
• Rent & Income Management: monitor accounts, identify arrears, recover debts.
• Neighbourhood & Estate Management: maintain estates, liaise with contractors, promote community engagement.
• Customer Service & Support: responsive service to tenants, collaborate with external agencies.
• Compliance & Record Keeping: ensure compliance with housing legislation and maintain records.
