Job summary

Choice Housing in Belfast area is seeking Housing Officers on a temporary basis (up to 51 weeks). You will manage tenancies, address anti-social behaviour, and work with partner agencies to provide safe, sustainable housing services.

A strong background in housing management and relevant CIH/degree qualifications are required. Flexible hours up to 37 per week, with consideration for performance and a potential extension.

Qualifications

• CIH Level 4 or equivalent plus 2 years’ housing management experience
• Degree in any discipline plus 2 years’ housing management experience
• 3 years’ Housing Officer experience in last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancies and allocations
• Address anti-social behaviour and risk
• Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver outcomes
• Maintain property void and occupancy performance
• Build relationships with residents and communities
