Job summary

Homes in Somerset is seeking a Housing Officer for temporary accommodation to support people moving into permanent homes as quickly as possible. You will manage a portfolio of temporary homes, provide housing advice and tenancy support, identify customer needs and work with partner agencies to sustain tenancies.

You will ensure properties are safe and well managed through inspections, tenancy compliance and appropriate management of low-level anti-social behaviour and housing concerns.
