Hybrid / Covering East Region (Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes)

We’re now looking for a Customer Partner to join our Homes team within the Damp, Mould and Disrepair team. This role will provide exceptional customer service, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

You will work with colleagues within our Damp, Mould and Disrepair team, ensuring repairs, improvements, and inspections are completed efficiently in our properties. With a compassionate approach, you’ll be responsive to the changing customer needs and follow through on repairs until completion. You should have experience in housing management, customer experience, and disrepair, including knowledge of pre-court protocol.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Housing or Community Development professional to bring their passion, skills, and energy to manage a national model with local connections.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven customer service experience.
• Have experience in safeguarding and managing cases involving individuals with complex needs.
• Possess high-level communication skills, demonstrating the ability to positively influence and negotiate outcomes.
• Be experienced in partnership working to meet customer needs.
• Think ‘beyond process’ to find innovative solutions for customers.
