A leading company is seeking a Property Surveyor for the North London region. The role involves managing property defects and repairs while ensuring satisfactory resolutions for residents. Candidates should have experience in disrepair, building diagnostics, and financial management. Due to our expanding property portfolio within MTVH, we are recruiting experienced Property Surveyors for our London regional projects team. The role involves diagnosing and managing minor works, insurance cases, legal disrepair claims, and other non-routine repairs such as void inspections, damp and mould assessments, and building faults, aiming to find satisfactory resolutions for our residents while considering budgets.
Experience in Disrepair and knowledge of Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act are essential.
You must have a proven track record of delivering complex repairs, with knowledge of Schedule of Rates and building diagnostics. The role requires experience in people and financial management, excellent diagnostic skills, and confidence with IT systems. Your commitment, curiosity, and passion for fixing buildings correctly the first time are valued above all.
Note: The role may involve contact with vulnerable adults. We will conduct a basic DBS check upon offer, with reviews every three years. We do not currently offer visa sponsorship.
