Job summary

BDS (Northern) Limited are currently recruiting a Housing Officer to work with a leading Housing Association. The patch will cover Plymouth and South Hams. You will provide outstanding service and support for customers, handling queries, permissions and tenancy management.

You will conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements. The role also involves managing tenancy breaches, safeguarding residents, and overseeing estate standards and service contracts to

Qualifications

• Customer service skills relevant to housing and tenancy support.
• Experience in tenancy management or housing services preferred.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and resident welfare.

Responsibilities

Main duties include but are not limited too;

• Provide outstanding service and support for customers, handling queries, permissions and tenancy management.
• Conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
• Manage cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of our customers.
• Oversee estate standards and service contract to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment.
• Lead the delivery of vibrant resident engagement and support community development objectives within your geographical patch to promote business objectives and to support tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability.

Hours; Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm

Contract- Temp ongoing to start ASAP

Pay rate; £20.75ph PAYE- £27.06ph UMBRELLA
