Job Title:Group Housing Officer
Location:Islington, London with hybrid working including one day in the office and regular visits across our services which may include London, Brighton, Kent, Luton, and Bedford
Shift Pattern:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with some flexibility as required
Salary:£35,700
About the Group Housing Officer role:
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive and experienced Group Housing Officer to join our small, close-knit housing management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the housing management functions relating to but not limited to occupancy, charge collection, and monitoring of health and safety for a patch of residential supported accommodation services.
You will work independently, with autonomy over your own working schedule and meeting priorities, as well as working as part of the wider team and in collaboration with our services. You will support our Service Managers with the smooth operation of their properties, maintaining high standards of housing management, and supporting the needs of our residents in relation to housing management. You will support with the management and auditing of rent accounts to help maximise organisational income. This is a great role if you have the passion for what we do, and have a background in housing management!
