Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is recruiting a Housing Officer to join a Kent-based local authority. You will manage your housing patch and caseload, addressing ASB, tenancy matters and income recovery while driving improvements on estates and in the community.

The role offers hybrid working and requires solid housing management experience, knowledge of housing legislation, and a full driving licence. You will work with partners across Police, Environmental Health and Social Services to resolve issues

Are you an experienced Housing Officer who enjoys taking ownership of your patch and making a real difference to residents and their communities?

I'm working with a local authority in Kent looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their team. It's a varied role covering the full range of housing management, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, getting out on their patch and seeing issues through to resolution.
