A leading charity is seeking full and part-time Housing Officers to join their Home Turf Lettings Team in Gloucestershire. The role involves managing tenancies and supporting tenants in securing affordable housing. Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a background in customer service or teaching being advantageous. Salary: c£29,000 per annum
Hours: Full and part-time hours available
Location: Bristol and Gloucestershire
Contract Type: Permanent
Additional Information: DHI offers up to 31 days paid leave (service related) in addition to statutory holidays, a 7% pension contribution, and Employee Assistance Scheme.
The Role
DHI is currently recruiting full and part-time Housing Officers to join our Home Turf Lettings Team. These officers will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 50 tenancies and properties, ensuring tenants can sustain and succeed in their tenancies while delivering excellent property management.
Home Turf Lettings is a social lettings agency operating across Bristol, Gloucestershire, and Bath and North East Somerset. We provide long-term affordable homes for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. We are particularly interested in candidates based in Gloucestershire. We have helped hundreds of tenants find quality, affordable accommodation within the private rented sector.
You will join an experienced team of property and support professionals committed to supporting each other and delivering exceptional service.
A driving license with access to a vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
