Job summary

Maryhill Housing Association Limited is seeking a Housing Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 35 hours per week, to deliver a neighbourhood housing management service that places customers at the heart of service delivery. You will actively engage with residents to provide support, advice and assistance to ensure tenancy conditions are maintained and breaches addressed.

Maryhill Housing is a community-based housing association with more than 3,000 homes in its portfolio. Factoring services are provided to 700 owners. We have been providing housing services in the area for more than 40 years.

The Role

To be responsible for the delivery of a great neighbourhood housing management service which puts customers at the heart of service delivery. Operating within a strong performance culture you will proactively engage with customers to provide support, advice, and assistance to ensure that tenancy conditions are maintained, and any breaches of tenancy are dealt with effectively.

Working closely with customers and the wider community you will build relationships to improve the lives and neighbourhoods of residents living in the Maryhill and Ruchill areas

This role has a competitive salary banding of EVH Grade 7, PA22 to PA25, £42,707 to £46,895.
