Job summary

RG Setsquare is recruiting a Housing Officer in Chelmsford for a short-term contract of six weeks. The role is paid at £26.25 per hour umbrella, and requires housing experience, strong customer service and the ability to handle tenancy-related issues.

You will liaise with tenants, resolve problems, and manage cases to deadlines. A driving licence and access to a car are preferred due to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of tenancies and housing management.
• Experience dealing directly with customers and resolving housing-related issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage cases effectively and work to deadlines.
• Experience with lettings would be advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience of court applications/possession proceedings would be a bonus.
• A full driving licence and access to a car is ideally required, as the role may involve travelling between properties/locations.
