Job Description:

Our client is a small Supported Housing charity for Veterans. The charity has embarked on a Change Programme across its operations, making it an exciting time to join and add value as a Housing Manager.

Job purpose

Responsible to the Head of Housing for leading and managing the Housing Team in providing tenancy management services.

Ensure delivery of a customer-focused housing service to ex-Service personnel and their dependents, with tenants actively engaged in decisions affecting service delivery.

Implement and monitor Health and Safety policies across housing services to ensure safety and compliance with legislation.

Report on performance outcomes and key performance indicators regularly.

Manage day-to-day property and tenancy service expenditures within budget.

Collaborate effectively across teams to support the charitable objects through housing management.
