Job summary

A small Supported Housing charity for Veterans is looking for a Housing Manager to lead and manage the Housing Team. Job Description:

Our client is a small Supported Housing charity for Veterans. The charity has embarked on a Change Programme across its operations, making it an exciting time to join and add value as a Housing Manager.

Job purpose

Responsible to the Head of Housing for leading and managing the Housing Team in tenancy management services.

Ensure the delivery of a customer-focused housing service to ex-Service personnel and their dependents, promoting tenant engagement and participation in decision-making.

Implement and monitor Health and Safety policies throughout housing operations to ensure a safe environment and compliance with regulations.

Provide regular reports on performance outcomes and key indicators.

Manage day-to-day property and tenancy services expenditure within budget.

Collaborate across teams to support the charitable objectives through effective housing management.

Person Specification
