Job summary

Changing Lives in North Tyneside is seeking a Housing Management Worker to support development and delivery of accommodation for individuals experiencing homelessness with unmet needs. This role involves working closely with service users to provide a safe, supportive, and person-centred service.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations within SSTS accommodation for up to 56 days, helping people move towards independent living.

About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services

A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.

About the Job

To support the development and delivery of accommodation for females and males experiencing Homeless with additional unmet needs who are placed in SSTS accommodation for 56 days.

To work collaboratively with people accessing Changing Lives services, supporting them to improve their quality of life while delivering an excellent, person-centred service in line with the organisation’s mission, service goals, values, and relevant regulations, guidance and legislation.
