Job summary

Changing Lives in the North East region is seeking an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our Housing & Homelessness team. You will work with adult men aged 18+ to build stability, access services, and progress toward independent living.

Working with a committed team, you will provide practical and emotional support, maintain accurate records, and help clients navigate housing, healthcare, and social services to create brighter futures.

About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services

A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.

Accommodation to us doesn’t just mean a roof over your head and shelter from the elements.
