Job summary

Mansfield District Council is seeking a motivated Housing Management Officer to join the Tenancy Services team in Mansfield. You will deliver frontline housing management, estate duties and tenancy support to sustain tenancies and healthier neighbourhoods.

You will manage a designated patch, handle tenancy changes, breaches, and anti-social behaviour reports, working with tenants, partners and colleagues to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience of housing management, tenancy enforcement, estate management, or a related field is essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload in a busy environment.

Mansfield District Council is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Housing Management Officer to join our Tenancy Services team. As a Housing Management Officer, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of frontline housing management services, including estate and tenancy management.
