Job summary

Bromford is seeking dedicated maintenance and environmental services staff to perform waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals and cleansing across properties. You’ll ensure safe, clean environments and use cleaning equipment according to training.

Key requirements include a full UK driving licence, experience in cleaning, and DBS check. Benefits include a company van, equipment, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in general cleaning and waste clearance.
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery.
• COSHH understanding (desirable).
• Competent using email and basic IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals, and general cleansing duties across void and occupied properties.
• Ensure all areas are left clean, safe, and free from debris following each visit.
• Use cleaning equipment and machinery safely and in line with training and procedures.
• Complete waste collection, transport, and disposal per guidelines.
• Support routine maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment, reporting faults or hazards.
• Complete accurate records and documentation as required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures, safeguarding responsibilities, and organisational standards.

Driving up to 3,500kg vehicle

General cleaning duties

NVQ or BICSc cleaning qualifications (desirable)
