Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Assistant to help maintain communal green spaces and provide high-quality service to residents across the Northfield/Bromsgrove area. The role involves operating basic grounds equipment and working in a diverse team to deliver safe, well-kept environments.

The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract requiring a UK driving licence and a basic DBS check, with training provided on equipment use and customer service excellence.

Additional Requirements

• Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment.
• A UK driving licence is required (van sharing in most cases).
• This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
  Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
• Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds
