Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is seeking a hands-on maintenance and cleansing operative to support waste removal, grounds work, and general cleaning across properties. You will work with a small team to keep void and occupied homes clean, safe, and welcoming.

The role requires a full UK driving license and comfort with mobile devices and basic IT. It offers a company van, tools, and a comprehensive benefits package, with generous holidays and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in general cleaning duties and waste clearance.
• NVQ or BICSc cleaning qualifications are desirable.
• COSHH understanding and safe use of cleaning equipment are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals, and general cleansing duties.
• Ensure areas are clean, safe, and debris-free after each visit.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely per training and procedures.
• Complete waste collection, transport and disposal per guidelines.
• Support routine maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment, reporting faults.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work with colleagues to deliver high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and safeguarding standards.
