Job summary

Shelter Cymru is seeking a Housing Law Caseworker for the North East Wales team in Wrexham. The role delivers housing advice through a National Housing Advice Service, working mainly face-to-face and at courts with some remote elements.

The post offers a 35-hour week, a hybrid working pattern with one day in the office and home-working after induction, and a contract until 31 August 2028. Closing date 21 September 2026, with interviews w/c 28 September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing law advice through the National Housing Advice Service.
• Deliver face-to-face surgeries and court housing possession help desks in North East Wales, with some remote support.
• Work from the Wrexham office during induction with hybrid/home-working options after training.
