Shelter Cymru is seeking a Housing Law Caseworker in North East Wales, based in Wrexham. The role involves delivering housing advice through face-to-face surgeries and courts, and providing support at housing possession help desks across the region.

A hybrid working pattern is available, with initial on-site induction and potential home working thereafter. The post is a 35-hour week contract until 31 August 2028, with a salary of £29,561 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide Housing Advice via a National Housing Advice Service, primarily at face-to-face surgeries and courts in North East Wales.
• Deliver housing possession help desk support and, on occasion, remote assistance as required.
• Work within the Housing Services team based in Wrexham, with induction on site and potential home-working arrangements.
