Lorien is seeking a Housing IT Applications Support Manager to lead management, support, and continuous improvement of critical housing applications in a local government setting. Based in Kensington on site 3 days a week, you will own key systems, drive upgrades, and manage a team of analysts and technical specialists.

You will ensure availability, security, and data integrity while collaborating with stakeholders to optimise processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting and managing housing applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of access control, licensing, and data security.
• Experience with upgrades, releases, and system development.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage core housing applications including MRi Housing One.
• Oversee upgrades, integrations, migrations, and digital transformation.
• Lead a team of analysts, developers, and technical specialists.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and performance reporting.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and security controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvement.
