Job summary

Insight Executive Group is working with a leading London local authority to recruit a Housing Transformation Project Manager for a high-profile 12-month transformation programme. The role is hybrid, with London-based delivery.

You will lead day-to-day delivery, coordinating workstreams with senior housing leaders, HR and corporate teams, manage risks and governance, develop business cases and facilitate senior workshops to drive change from design to implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong project/programme management experience delivering complex organisational change.
• Experience in housing, local government or social housing is a plus.
• Experience with service redesign or operating model transformation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and senior leadership teams.

We are working with a leading local authority to recruit an experienced Housing Transformation Project Manager for a high-profile 12-month transformation programme.

This is a key role for a confident project or transformation professional who can turn strategic plans into practical, deliverable change across housing services.

The Role as a Housing Transformation Project Manager

You will lead the day-to-day delivery of a major housing transformation programme, working closely with senior housing leaders, HR and corporate teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the transformation plan and key delivery milestones.


• Coordinating multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.


• Managing risks, issues, dependencies and programme governance.


• Supporting operating model and service redesign.


• Developing business cases, reports and transformation documentation.


• Facilitating senior workshops and engagement sessions.


• Driving agreed changes through to implementation.

About You

We are looking for a strong Project Manager, Programme Manager or Transformation Manager with experience delivering complex organisational change.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

• Housing, local government or social housing.


• Service redesign or operating model transformation.


• Managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.


• Working with senior leadership teams.


• Taking transformation from design through to implementation.

You will be confident, organised and comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment.
