Job summary

The Forward Trust is seeking a Housing Interventions Worker to help men on probation secure safe, stable accommodation as they move forward with their lives.

Based at Torfaen Probation Office in Pontypool with travel to Caerphilly Probation Office, HMP Usk and HMP Prescoed, you will support individuals preparing for release and work to prevent homelessness through practical housing access and integration support.

Responsibilities

• Support men on probation to access safe, suitable accommodation.
• Travel between Torfaen Probation Office, Caerphilly Probation Office, HMP Usk and HMP Prescoed as required.
• Work full-time (35 hours per week) to help prevent homelessness and assist release planning.
