Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Income Officer to join a West Yorkshire housing organisation. You will own the income management service on a patch basis, handling current and former tenant arrears and service charges, with a strong emphasis on early intervention to prevent debt escalation.

You will deliver high-quality income collection to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, prepare legal casework for court hearings, maintain accurate records, and provide regular performance

Qualifications

• Experience in rent account management.
• Proficient with Capita/Open Housing systems.
• Understanding of Universal Credit schedules and entitlement.
• Ability to prepare detailed legal casework for Court Hearings.
