Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a highly organised Managing Agent Data Co-ordinator to join our Service Charge & Specialist Leasehold Services team. You will maintain accurate information about externally managed homes and help us meet compliance.

The role focuses on recording compliance data, producing reports, and supporting data quality improvements while working with managing agents and partners to ensure information is current and reliable for residents and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with data, records or business systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience in housing, property management or a similar environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records relating to managing agents, RTM companies and managed properties.
• Collecting, checking and updating compliance, contractual and property information.
• Monitoring and recording important compliance data, including fire, gas, electrical and lift safety information.
• Producing reports and management information for operational teams.
• Identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and data cleansing exercises.
• Working closely with colleagues, managing agents and external partners to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Providing a high-quality, customer-focused service to support residents and operational teams.
