Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a highly organized Data Co-ordinator to support the Service Charge & Specialist Leasehold Services team. You will maintain records for managing agents, RTM companies and properties, and ensure accurate compliance data is up to date.

You will produce management information for operations, drive data quality improvements, and collaborate with partners to deliver a high-quality resident service and compliant housing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with data, records or business systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience in housing, property management or a similar environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records relating to managing agents, RTM companies and managed properties.
• Collecting, checking and updating compliance, contractual and property information.
• Monitoring and recording important compliance data, including fire, gas, electrical and lift safety information.
• Producing reports and management information for operational teams.
• Identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and data cleansing exercises.
• Working closely with colleagues, managing agents and external partners to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Providing a high-quality, customer-focused service to support residents and operational teams.

About The Role
