Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Data Analyst for a 6-week contract in Coventry to deliver insightful reporting and performance analysis for Housing & Homelessness services. You will maintain data infrastructure, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making to improve temporary accommodation, housing options, and outreach for rough sleepers.

Strong SQL, Python, Power BI, and Fabric experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the migration from on-premise data systems to Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of reporting systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to reports, dashboards, and data.
• Maintain comprehensive reporting records and performance dashboards.
• Aid managers in performance monitoring and KPI development.
• Attend meetings to present findings and performance insights.
• Advise on improvements to reporting mechanisms and data processes.
