Job summary

Insight Executive Group is seeking a Property Compliance Officer in Cambridgeshire for a 6-12 month contract. The role centers on monitoring gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, water hygiene and lifting equipment compliance, ensuring inspections and remedial actions are completed on time.

You will maintain compliance records, review documentation, monitor contractor performance, and escalate safety issues as needed. The job offers hybrid working, ASAP start, and an hourly umbrella rate of £30-£35.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key compliance programmes including gas, electrical safety, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene and lifting equipment.
• Ensure inspections, servicing and remedial actions are completed within required timescales.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and review/validate documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance and elevate issues where required.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contractors and customers to resolve access issues and ensure safety-related works are completed promptly.
