Job summary

Lambeth Council is recruiting two Change & Improvement Leads to drive transformation across Housing Needs, Housing Operations, and related services. You will lead priority change projects, diagnose root causes with data, and deliver practical, sustainable improvements for residents and staff.

The role is based at Lambeth Civic Centre with hybrid working; you will collaborate with senior leaders, residents and stakeholders to accelerate service excellence.

Qualifications

• We are looking for experienced change professionals who can operate in a complex housing environment.
• Experience working on housing-related transformation or service improvement is preferred.
• Ability to engage residents and partners to design and deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority change projects across Homelessness & Housing Needs, and Housing Management & Operations.
• Diagnose root causes using data and insight, and develop practical solutions.
• Build support for change, coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and report progress.
