What you'll need to succeed

• SVQ2 or equivalent in housing or business administration
• Significant hands-on experience in housing management within the social rented sector
• Experience with arrears management, anti-social behaviour, complaints, voids, waiting lists, and allocations
• Understanding of welfare reform impacts
• Proficient with housing databases and ICT systems, including Homemaster preferred
• Experience in a busy housing management environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, and administrative skills
